Now we have calculated deduction of Windows, Doors and Ventilators:
Doors = 2.1×1.05×0.30(2) = 1.32 cum
Windows = 1.2×1.2×0.30(2) = 0.86 cum
D.V = 1.5×0.45×0.30(2) = 0.28 cum
W.V = 1.20×0.45×0.30(2) = 0.32 cum
